李建強，現任臺灣中山大學財務管理學系特聘教授(Distinguished Professor)，財務管理學系系主任 (2014-2017)，研究領域為資源與環境經濟、金融學、計量經濟學、發展經濟學等。擔任國際學術期刊編輯包括Energy Economics副主編、The Energy Journal國際編輯、Journal of Business & Financial Affairs總編輯、Business and Economics Journal主編等。取得學術榮譽包括山西省百人計劃特聘專家、馬奎斯世界名人錄終身成就獎Marquis Who's Who, Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award、呂鳳章先生紀念獎章。在RePEc發布的全球經濟學家排名，名列臺灣經濟學者第2位。依據Ecological Economics 發布名列 21 世紀環境資源及生態經濟學作者排名全球第 1名，期刊引用排名全球第3名。學術研究被Google Scholar引用8800余次，ISI Web of Science引用2770余次。在ESI 高被引論文，李教授有2篇文章列入highly cited papers。李教授發表高質量SSCI期刊包括：Journal of Money, Credit and Banking, Journal of Futures Markets, Macroeconomic Dynamics, Journal of International Money and Finance, Tourism Management, Energy Economics, The Energy Journal, Energy Policy, Resource and Energy Economics, Energy Efficiency, Applied Energy, Energy, Journal of Financial Services Research, Quantitative Finance, European Journal of Finance, Journal of Financial Stability, Tourism Management等。
