趙琳博士，中國科學院數學與系統科學研究院。UTD期刊Management Science副主編。研究領域: Behavioral Economics，Decision Analysis, Risk Management. 2005年、2010年分別獲得清華大學理學學士和理學博士學位。畢業后任職于中國科學院預測科學研究中心。在Management Science，European Journal of Operational Research，Journal of Risk and Insurance，Journal of Financial Services Research，Economics Letters，Insurance: Mathematics and Economics等期刊發表論文近三十篇。主持參與近十項國家自然科學基金，國家社科基金。曾于2011年獲第六屆保險教育論壇優秀論文一等獎，獲2012年清華大學優秀博士后稱號，2017年系統科學“關肇直”青年研究獎，其作品獲得2018年和2019年臺灣玉山學術獎。其論文Everything in Moderation、It is Time to Get Some Rest 被多國英文主流媒體報道，包括Washington Post (United States)、UVA Today (United States)，Darden Ideas to Action (United States)，Business News Daily (United States)，HR Katha (India)， Handwerk Magazin (Germany)，IP Insider (Germany)，Ressources Solidaires (France)，Recruiting Times (United Kingdom)，Signes&Sens (France)，Deutscher Marketing Verband (Germany)，Relocate Magazine (United Kingdom)，DNA India (India)，Times Higher Education (United Kingdom)等。部分成果入選達頓商學院課程案例。從2019年11月起，擔任UTD期刊Management Science中決策分析領域的副主編。
